Letting go

It's never too late to start a new, to make one final decision and to move on because a reality is that the decisions we make today, good or bad defines our destiny. First, accept you got to that situation and you did everything you could to stop the occurrence. There's a reason why God had to put you through that experience. Second, accept that you got the courage to face the heartbreak/separation/divorce or whatever painful experience you underwent back then.

Sheikh Yunus once told me not to force anything to work my way instead, he added that let everything fall in whatever way and naturally I'll find myself in its place and space. Once you have discipline and patience, the world will be a better place.

Twists and turns in life is fine and better still, appreciating every moment we pass through but through acceptance you'll get the courage to move on despite the obstacles.

Let go, not because you no longer care, not because it is seen as a sign of weakness but because you deserve to be free. When one is free from attachments he/she becomes unstoppable and the mind is ready to grasp any idea.

To me, nothing matters more than a peace of mind and most importantly happiness but when we hold onto the past, happiness and peaceful mind has no place in our life. When we hold onto grudges, past hurts and failed reconciliation, our state of mind is disturbed and happiness becomes more of a dream than a reality.

Letting go isn't gonna be easy therefore face your fears and reconcile with your past, pray for courage to accept all that you've tried to change and failed. Then finally channel your energy to getting rid of the toxic products from your system.

I hope you let go of something tonight...
