What is and what isn't

The difference between the two is the NOW

We anticipate about having that relationship that has never been in the universe yet in our homes we are deathstalker scorpion. We sting our siblings as if we are at war. Oh! Poor we, little do we know that we make those habits that will in turn make us. It should never be a surprise in future when these habits come back to haunt us.

To her, a servant you are, all she needs she gets at her disposal. Funny enough she isn't even your wife, since she's still schooling it goes without saying that marriage is never a topic for discussion. But that doesn't stop you from spending that much in her. When your poor mum cries back in the village for just a cup of tea and your dear brother needs a token as a thank you for guarding your home. All these you take for granted as you always expect more from your employer so as to sort them out someday.

Having grown up in the village, taken care of through high school. You don't get that good grade for a direct entry to the university but it's good enough to set foot on the corridors of comrades. Dear Dad insists that whatever the cost, you must join campus and there you are. Fundraising alone is never enough to pay the college fee. Cows have to be sold and land as well. On the graduation day, a whole village come just to witness  their son sail through. Afterwards they return with pride and leave all blessings with you.

Luckily enough you secure a job with a good salary for a bachelor and some reasonable allowance of course. The job is in the city. You know deep inside you that there are things to just look at and let go but you don't.
What is there is there.. Whether little or not. How fast are you to forget. When your parents barely ran out of food just to secure your future, with the hope that one day when you land a job and relieve some of the burden.
All you do is to keep taking, looking for bright looking chics to date and latest clubs to attend. You took your parents sweat, wealth. Till the last bit of coin left on the table. Yet you never tire of it, still you keep taking the little they're left with. Plainly you are taking there life bit by bit. Are you a cemetery? When are you gonna stop?
Look up to your present mum and Dad, they're here for a season. Besides, they are the present people you have, you hope for who may never be so much that you forget to cherish you dear ones.
